  • High school diploma.
  • Three to five years¿ experience or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated customer service and conflict resolution with customers.
  • Computer skills, knowledge of databases.
  • Must be able to speak and write French and English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and work ethic required
  • The responsible will be to meet the needs of customers by supporting ADT and redirecting client requests to appropriate services, and then following up to ensure satisfaction and customer loyalty.
  • They will respond to customer complaints, and contact them directly for targeting the problem and identify measures to be taken.
  • The responsable will also support the sales team by assisting in the verification of certain files and will promote good relations between customers and client.
  • The candidate must be able to work in a demanding environment.
  • Precision, accuracy and high productivity are required.
