Skills & Experience Expected:
 
1.At least 8+ years of experience in analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of web-based applications.
2.Minimum 4+ ears of experience with SharePoint Technologies (SharePoint Server 2007/2010/Office 365, InfoPath, Search, Business Catalog Services and Object Model)
3.Must possess an in depth understanding of the SharePoint Architecture, capabilities of SharePoint Server and SharePoint Designer
4.Must have working knowledge of architectural design, web parts development, management and troubleshooting with a focus on planning, deploying and supporting enterprise SharePoint implementations
5.Must have experience in SharePoint templates, workflows, customization, branding and web development (HTML, CSS, XSL, XSLT, JavaScript)
6.In depth experience with Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms, and/or Business Intelligence
7.Experience in SharePoint Search is must and experience in FAST for SharePoint is highly valued
8.Strong Experience in designing solutions and troubleshooting SharePoint applications
9. Experience configuring and working with Internet Information Server (IIS) and SQL Server is required
10.Extensive experience in hardware/software sizing of SharePoint applications
11.Should have owned technical deliverables of minimum 3 SharePoint 2007/2010/O365 projects
12. Experience in proposal preparation, estimation, and other pre-sales activities
13.Experience with server installation, performance tuning is desired
 
 
Key Responsibilities associated with the role:
1. Architecting enterprise level business solutions based on SharePoint technologies
2.Participate in proposal responses/pre-sales support w.r.t. SharePoint solution architecture
3.Grooming & mentoring of next level architects, technical leads, designers & developers
4. Identify and build reusable components and knowledge papers
5. Present COE capabilities to internal & external (client) stakeholders
